I’ve worked in marketing and sales with one consistent goal: to excel in delivering results that matter. Today, as a licensed real estate Broker with Kentucky Select Properties, I bring that same dedication, diligence, and strategic thinking to every client I represent.

I’m known for “getting things done” — calmly, thoroughly, and with a steady focus on my client’s best interests. I believe great representation starts with listening, continues with clear communication, and is built on trust, integrity, and professionalism at every step.

A Career Built on Expertise and Integrity

I consistently rank in the top 3% of agents at Kentucky Select Properties, and in 2024 I earned my Broker’s license to further strengthen the expertise I bring to my clients. That additional expertise directly benefits buyers and sellers through stronger negotiations, smarter decision-making, and smoother transactions from start to finish.

Before real estate, my background was in marketing and sales, where I spent years understanding how to position assets, negotiate effectively, and deliver results at a high level. That foundation has become one of my greatest strengths as a real estate agent, where strategy, presentation, and discretion matter.

Rooted in Louisville + Oldham County

I’ve called the Louisville area home for more than 30 years. I currently live in Oldham County with my husband, Lowell, and have previously enjoyed homes in the Highlands and St. Matthews, giving me firsthand knowledge of both Louisville and Oldham County neighborhoods and markets.

That local perspective allows me to guide clients with clarity — not just on pricing and trends, but on lifestyle, long-term value, and fit.

Our two adult sons are happily married and live in Louisville and London, England. Family is important to me, and one of my favorite daily companions is my 6-pound Maltese, Beau.

Beyond Real Estate

Community involvement has always been important to me. I’ve served on numerous local boards and volunteered with several charitable and educational organizations over the years. I’ve also served as PTA President, Booster Club President, and currently sit on the stewardship committee at my church.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, fitness, and cooking. Baking is a particular passion of mine — one that’s earned me multiple Kentucky State Fair blue ribbons.
